All classes are hands-on so students can thoroughly understand the techniques being taught. Invaluable tips for home-cooking and entertaining are provided so students can impress family and friends.
Executive Sushi Chef MIKIKO ANDO is an accomplished and innovated sushi master who loves to create and inspire. Her passion lies in creating dishes from the heart, and helping budding chefs discover their passion.
