Join Raw Food Chef Michele Thorne for a raw food preparation course on "Dehydration Techniques". Learn how to use your dehydrator to make all raw crispy, crunchy & chewy appetizers, breakfasts, spreads and snacks. {we will be using sprouted nuts & seeds}

We'll be using all raw organic ingredients to make the following*. (Ingredients subject to change based on availability)Rawveeta & Fringles Nut Cheese Spread & The Best Flax Cracker Rounds...EVER! Seriously.
Sprouted Buckwheat Fruit & Seed Granola w/Brazil Nut & Almond "Yogurt"
Savory & Sweet Crepes w/Various Fillings
Cacao Fruit-n-Nut Protein Blast Bites
 
This class is part of a raw food series of classes, but can be attended a la carte. This class is $95 or $250 for the series.
 
*Dehydration takes anywhere from 3 - 24 hours. We will make all recipes, but all dehydrated items consumed will be made in advance. You will receive recipes for how to use these dehydrated foods at home.
