Deconstructed: Wine + Salt + Grinds
This exciting event will revolutionize the way that you think about food and wine pairings! Rather than someone dictating what to drink with your food YOU get to be in control. Local chefs from Miso & Ale will provide deconstructed elements of a meal for you to experiment with at Sensation Stations. Featuring flavor suggestions from Sommelier Amber Costello (Michel's at the Colony Surf), you decide which items and textures work best together with your libation.
Take your new-found pairing wisdom over to the Creation Station where you can formulate your own salt flavors, and then finish the night by visiting the Temptation Station where artisan chocolates and desserts provide the perfect ending.
Also featuring energizing music and an espresso-cocktail bar. Bring your palate and your friends and enjoy a night of Deconstructed Gratification.
