It is Esperanza Health Centers’ resolution to transform lives, families, and the communities it serves through the provision of quality health care and integrated behavioral health services. 21,000 children and their families trust Esperanza with their healthcare needs and know that with our support they can improve their overall health.
On Thursday, May 29th Esperanza’s supporters, community leaders, and friends will united to celebrate the reduction of health disparities Esperanza Health Centers has realized in the southwest side of Chicago during the past 10 years. Guests will also learn about Esperanza’s vision to address ever-present community needs.
Experience the memorable Hope Awards Ceremony, and the scenic views of the lake front while enjoying a wonderful meal and live entertainment in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois’ stunning 30th floor reception hall.
