It's been a decade CLASS OF 2007!!!! Come mix, mingle, and catch up with old friends as we celebrate our 10th year class reunion! Check in is at 4:30 and our buffet dinner will be served at 5. Our banquet room provides a private cash bar with a personal bartender. There will also be a DJ, games, and a slideshow for your entertainment. Please dress CASUAL for this ADULTS ONLY event. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Although this is an adults only event, please bring your ID's for the bartender if you choose to purchase an alcholic beverage
How can I pay for my ticket(s)?
You can purchase your ticket(s) via cash, check, or online through paypal. Our webpage does give you the option to pay right on the page, but to avoid the processing fees, go to https://www.paypal.com/home The top middle of the page will have an 4 options (personal, business, send, request) click the "SEND" option and it will take you to a drop box option where you enter in email or phone number and the amount. For the email type email@example.com and in the amount box, type the amount you are paying for your ticket(s) ($40.00 per person, or $75.00 per couple) It will then provide you two options to choose from (this is to friends or family/this is for a good or service) Click the friends or family button and then it will prompt you to log into your paypal account (very easy to set up if you do not have one). It will then have you verify the email and the payment amount. Click on the continue button and it will then lead to the final processing. Please contact Nicole Thompson via phone or email for personal address if wanting to send personal checks or cash in the mail. Reciepts will be made out to everyone and your name will go onto our attendance list come reunion time.
When will I receive my reunion tickets?
If you paid in advance, your name will be on a list at the door. There are no physical tickets. All participants who have paid for their tickets are listed on the Who's Coming page of the website.
Will I be able to purchase tickets at the door?
No, sorry, We need to know who is attending in advance so that the legion has enough food on the buffet. Get your tickets ASAP so that our event committee can plan accordingly!
What is considered casual attire?
No cut offs, Jeans are permissible. Dress to your comfort but look presentable.
What are the prices for the cash bar like?
Since our reunion will be held at a legion, alcholic beverages are extremely afforable. Most drinks are in the $2-$5 range.
What types of food will be on the buffet?
The legion is providing us chips, pretzels, and raw veggies with dipping sauce for appetizers. Our tentative buffet will include carved sirloin, stuffed chicken breast, broiled whitefish, stuffed shells, steamed vegetable medley, roasted red potatos, baked macaroni and cheese, rice pilaf, garden salad with choice of dressing, and rolls.
What drinks are included with our reunion ticket purchase?
Iced tea, lemonade, open soda, and coffee
What is the refund policy?
As long as a refund is requested 30 days in advance of the reunion date, classmates will receive 100% of their refund. A refund requested a week prior to the reunion date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations July 30, 2017 and later forfeit any type of refund.
When is the deadline to purchase reunion tickets?
The deadline to purchase tickets is April 1, 2017. Although the deadline is months away, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase your tickets ASAP so that your event planners have a better idea of what budget they have for decorations and entertainment. Remember...It's your event planners that are personally paying for the deposits to book the venue and services for this event!
