A. Lauren Abele: COO, Pipeline Fellowship

Lauren is the COO of the Pipeline Fellowship, an angel investing bootcamp for women philanthropists that launched in NYC in January 2011. Prior to the Pipeline Fellowship, Lauren worked in the nonprofit and public sectors in economic development, environmental issues, and women’s empowerment.  Lauren has a BA in English Literature and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and an MPA in Economic Development and Comparative & International Affairs from Indiana University’s School for Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). She is also a proud School for International Training (SIT) alumna. You can find Lauren on Twitter (@laurenabele). 


Dahna Goldstein; Founder & CEO, PhilanTech; Pipeline Fellowship Investee

DG

Dahna Goldstein, Founder and CEO of PhilanTech, develops web-based applications for the nonprofit sector, and has worked for venture philanthropies, including Ashoka and Blue Ridge Foundation New York. Dahna also produced interactive eLearning programs, including the award-winning "What Is a Leader?" program, for Harvard Business School Publishing and Global Education Network. Dahna holds a BA from Williams College, a Master of Education degree, with a concentration in technology, from Harvard University, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.  She serves on the board of JustGive.org and was named one of BusinessWeek’s 25 Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs.
