Under the Patronage of Chargé d'Affaires François Rivasseau, Embassy of France Join us for a celebration 12 years in the making!

On Friday, April 8th, the DC Arts & Humanities Education Collaborative is holding our Fundraiser and Auction at La Maison Francaise, French Embassy, 4101 Reservoir Road, NW.


Please be advised, you must provide the names of all guests attending to the DC Collaborative 72 hours before the event by e-mailing Dixie@dccollaborative.org and info@dccollaborative.org per the security guidelines established by the Embassy.

* NBC4 News Anchor, Wendy Rieger (Mistress of Ceremonies)
* A live Auction and Fund-in-Need, led by prize-winning columnist Bob Levey
* Silent auction with 30 fabulous items
* Performances by the DC Youth Orchestra
* Presentation of the 1st Annual Spirited Leadership Award to The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation

Individual tickets: $75
Premium tickets: $125, inclusive of goodie bag


Enjoy fine wines, sumptuous appetizers, an exciting live and silent auction, a music soundscape by DC Jahsonic, and well-deserved recognitions and honors. The evening also includes a jubliant student performance provided by the DC Youth Orchestra. Join DC's cultural leaders, philanthropists and arts and humanities institutions as we celebrate our mission of providing access to the arts and humanities for all DC public and chartered public school students. Help us to raise funds to support another 12 years and beyond. Be a part of the transformative power of the arts and humanities. Garage parking available for first 100 guests. Ample street parking along Reservoir Road 


Please bring photo identification for admittance at the Embassy Security Gate.

DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative

The DC Arts & Humanities Education Collaborative believes that the arts —inclusive of music, theater, dance, visual arts, media arts— and the humanities are central to the education of every student. To accomplish this citywide effort, the Collaborative works with its members to provide equitable access to quality arts and humanities education for all DC public and public charter school students.  Working with our partners, the DC Collaborative provides exemplary programming including Arts for Every Student and Professional Developement Initiatives.
