Open your heart and prepare your soul for the High Holidays with a full day of Contemplative Worship, Mindfulness Meditation, and Mussar Practice.

Mussar is the Jewish practice of cultivating wholeness and holiness through the refinement of character-traits, such as Generosity, Gratitude and Patience. Our Meditations and Mussar Teachings will focus on the Soul-Traits of Honor and Humility.

Give yourself the gift of spaciousness and mindful preparation for the New Year.

  • 10:30am – 12:15pm: Contemplative Shabbat Service
  • 12:15pm – 1:00pm Lunch (bring your own)
  • 1:00pm – 5:00pm Meditation, Teachings, Self-Reflection

Please bring your own lunch.
