Karate class (Traditional Shotokan) at Saddleback Church!
Strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Learn focus, discipline, confidence and self-defense.
Children's class, ages 5 to 12 years old. 5:30-6:30 pm (parents may participate with their children). Ages 13 and over should register for the adult class.
Adult class is available right after children’s class is over.
Where: The Refinery Half court Gym
