Event Details

"Dance Your Story" is Delírio's way of celebrating her birthday. A dance fiesta shared with my favorite fellow choreographers aka storytellers-through-dance. This year's event is especially meaningful to me. Please help me help the organization that gave me a better chance at life. You'll discover part of my story, as yet untold, and how it has become the purpose behind my passion. Here's how the magic will unfold...

"DANCE YOUR STORY" will feature:

1:: PERFORMANCE- A 20-minute soulful show! From Afro-Cuban orishas to pa
lo, salsa and hip-hop. This is an intimate perspective on what connects the choreographers to their style of dance.

2:: DANCE BOOT CAMP- [Mini Lessons w Master Teachers!] Afro-Cuban | HipHop | Salsa Styling

3:: The Original DELIRIO™ Latin African Dance Workout

THE TEACHERS:: Ife Milligan, Guerilla Will, Laurie Pillow... and maybe more choreographer friends ;)

Delírio™ Latin African Dance & Solidarity Events

Delírio™ is a high-octane, fat-burning workout that respectfully and effectively incorporates authentic (!) cultural dance. Sizzling combinations of salsa, merengue, reguetón and African dance deliver non-stop, heart-pounding action! The benefits? Smoldering curves and marathon-ready endurance.

FYI: Don't be fooled by the fun: an average class burns over 750 calories. Eeeh... "Who says dancers aren't athletes?!"
