Johnnie Smith helped create The Dance-Fit Workout Like A Dancer and DF HARD30 concepts while living in Europe for the past five years. The concepts have taken off in Europe and there are now over 200 certified Dance Fit Workout Instructors Worldwide. A former Hollywood dancer, choreographer and fitness enthusiast, Johnnie has come up with a way to combine the disciplines of Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop with High Intensity Interval Training that will be fun and allow his students a chance at having a dancer's workout and body. Combined with a Clean and Healthy eating philosophy, Johnnie feels that anyone can achieve the fitness and health results they are looking for...not only for dancers but for fitness enthusiasts everywhere.
