Event Details

Brief Encounters is a multidisciplinary performance experiment designed to fuse disciplines and push artistic boundaries. Brief Encounters was created by The Tomorrow Collective in 2005, and is produced by Katy Harris-McLeod & Mara Branscombe. In collaboration with New Works, Katy & Mara will curate 3 performances and 3 films – with focus on movement, of course – from the Brief Encounters archives, for a very special all-ages, matinée installment!

All sorts of dance for all sorts of people

Now in its 14th season, Dance Allsorts is our signature performance and workshop series. Each month from September to May, a different group of dance artists workshops a new form of dance on a Saturday and then performs it on the Sunday.
