Wednesday, March 6, 2013

National Cyber-Forensics & Training Alliance

2000 Technology Drive

Suite 450

Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Cyber-attacks grow increasingly complex as attackers are constantly developing new methods to compromise an organization's security systems. This is an opportunity to learn about the latest cyber security threats and solutions through R&D, law enforcement, and private sector perspectives and provides a look into the industry-wide partnerships established to identify, deter, and defend against cyber-attacks.

This one day seminar is part of UK Trade & Investment's (UKTI) 2013 Cyber Mission which aims to promote partnership, share best practice, and bring UK companies to the US to introduce them to local market opportunities. As part of this, UKTI welcomes US cyber security professionals from the private, public, and academic sectors to participate in a free seminar which will focus on government-industry collaboration and the latest technologies and trends in cyber security.

Key Speakers:

Rhys Bowen, Deputy Director, Cabinet Office, Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance

Maria Vello, CEO, National Cyber-Forensics & Training Alliance

John Hudson, Security and Strategy Practice Director, Plus Consulting
