Evening Training Group - Thursdays 6:00pa at S Peninsula/ S Bay Locations
More of an evening person? We have a THURSDAY NIGHT option! We'll start with conditioning and skills work, then add Intervals targeting the different systems you use in 'cross. These workouts are held in the South Peninsula are - ranging from Arastradero Preserve to Stevens Canyon/Fremont Older Park.We will publish each weeks workout schedule and location on both Strava and private e-mail the Monday before. Choose the full season - 20 dates - for only $10 per class or a drop in pass for only $15 per class.
Session Dates: 12 Sessions between August 12 - October 30th There are only 15 spots available*
5 Pass Users, simply select the date of your FIRST training session (eg August 12th)
