Customer Development 101
Monday, June 18, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (EDT)
Course Level: This course is suitable for anyone new to Customer Development.
What You'll Learn: So you’ve got yourself some customers. They are using your product. They might even be paying you. The question is, how long will they stick around? Are they an army of refer-a-frienders who keep your CPA low?
While you are busy working on acquiring new folks and building your all-important user base, don’t forget to keep the customers who are actually using your product happy, engaged and telling the world about your product/service. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn:
1. How to define your target customers.
2. How to ask the right questions.
3. How to turn your research into valuable insight.
4. How to close the loop.
This course will help you figure out what’s important for your own retention strategy and help get you started gathering data the day after class.
