The Newman & Oltman Guitar Duo present "Music in Nature." Join the duo's exploration of musical expression in the sounds of our natural world through interactive demonstrations, including bird calls and the roar of waves in the music of Isaac Albeniz. Greenwich Arts Council Meeting Room.
This is one of our smallest venues and we will sell out. Please, only reserve seats if you know you will attend. Space is limited and seats are general admission. Arrive in enough time to find parking and get your seats. Thank you!
When & Where
Now in its second season, Curiosity Concerts is a series of high-quality, engaging classical music concerts for families. The concerts are performed by professional musicians and presented at various venues in the Greenwich, CT area. Curiosity Concerts are under one hour, free, and fun! They are designed to delight parents as well as children of any age who are able to enjoy an hour of music. Space is limited and advance registration is required (below). Please do not reserve seats while you are deciding your plans. Register only if you are committed to attending.
Our concerts have been sold out and with wait lists. Because of the problem of "no shows," this year if you have reserved tickets and then don't show, you will be unable to reserve for a future concert. Our musicians are paid and our concerts cost money to produce. We hope you recognize the value of the seat you are holding.
Curiosity Concerts is a project of the Greenwich Arts Council. Donations are appreciated. Please consider a donation of at least $10/ticket. Do so by reserving one "DONATION" ticket for your total donation amount, and then as many additional "FREE" tickets that you need. Please make a reservation for every individual attending.
