Cultures & Cooking Special Event: France

France is back! Cultures & Cooking is pleased to offer a special, second French experience with 90 minutes of multi-media culture, and a new culinary line-up. This time, cultural ambassador Sylvie shows us how to prepare some favorite dishes from northern France. Please note that this Cultures & Cooking program starts at 5:30pm and ends at the usual time of 7:00pm.
On the menu:
Ficelles Picardes: crepe with ham, mushroom duxelles, and Bechamel sauce
Crepes: a simple but tasty dessert crepe that’s easier to make than you might think
