Some of the best parts of a tico consada will be available, including rice and beans, fried plantains, and tres leches. This relatively unstructured special edition of Cultures & Cooking will be less in-depth than our normal program, but come and enjoy some “typical” tico cuisine and learn about our neighbor in Central America.
