Microsoft Dynamics CRM is increasingly becoming a strategic asset for the public sector. Understanding citizen expectations is critical to forming policy agenda of government leaders at the national, regional and local level and in helping countries and communities build a foundation for economic growth and competitiveness. Hear from a customer who is meeting the needs of public safety, education, health and government with cutting-edge solutions that drive real impact for a better tomorrow in the public sector.
This Special Interest Group is an open forum of Dynamics CRM users who will meet regularly to discuss topics and utilize each other as a resource for questions related to using Dynamics CRM in a Public Sector Organization.
