Event Details

We've had a lot of fun pairing beer with Executive Chef David Shewmaker's cuisine, but we wanted to do something fun for our cider-loving friends. If you have a gluten allergy, or if you just love cider, this event is not to be missed. Certified Cicerone® and Meridian Pint Assistant Beer Director Tim Prendergast is working with our Chef to expertly pair five Crispin ciders, including the new Bourbon barrel-aged release Bird On A Wire and two casks, with gluten-free seasonal dishes:

 

SHORT RIB "PHO"

Spiced Beef Consomme with Rice Noodles and Braised Short Rib

 

STEAMED BRONZINI

with Kaffir Lime and Lemongrass

 

SQUAB GLAZED WITH FRESH CIDER

with Mushroom, Butternut Squash, and House Smoked Pork Belly Risotto

 

LAVENDER HONEY GOAT CHEESE CAKE

with a Pistachio Crust

 

CHEESE PLATE

with Port-Poached Pear and Candied Almonds

 

 

Tickets cover tax and gratuity but are not refundable. Doors open at 6:30PM for a meet & greet with dinner beginning at 7PM.
