Who: Volunteers of all ages are welcome; minors under 18 require a signed waiver and children 12 require an accompanying adult unless prior approval is obtained from the workday supervisor. Groups can contact Claire Elliott (firstname.lastname@example.org) for their own special program dates/hours.
What: Join us for a few hours of mulching native plants and weeding on the banks of a local creek! Help us improve habitat for native insects, birds, fish and other animals as we work to help restore the "bottom of the food chain" - our native plants that support all other native life.
Where: Intersection of Alma Street and Palo Alto Ave, Palo Alto
Please bring: A reusable water bottle and dress for outdoor work (sturdy shoes and long pants recommended). We provide gloves and tools. Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent.
PLEASE NOTE: When you complete your registration for this event, you DO NOT need to print a receipt or ticket.
