Identifying and Measuring Your Department’s Key Performance Indicators
As more teams implement project/agency management systems, metrics tracking and reporting has become a common topic of in-house creative leaders. Even leaders without systems are beginning to identify and report KPIs for their teams. During this CreativeExecs Roundtable series, creative leaders will discuss key performance indicators/metrics they are measuring, as well as their tracking and reporting methods. Attendees will leave the roundtable understanding the metrics
other creative leaders have in place and how they are critical to the success of best-in-class creative teams.

Cella’s Vice President & General Manager, Jackie Schaffer, will moderate the roundtables.
