Are you overflowing with brilliant ideas and a passion for Tulsa? Join Tulsa's Young Professionals at the first Creative Mornings conversation about the state of education in Tulsa. It is an open space to connect, converse and collaborate with other young professionals who want to brainstorm and implement ways to continually improve Tulsa.

Our first guest speaker is Neils Ribeiro-Yemofio, Start-Up director from City Year. The discussion will focus on Tulsa education and specifically about rethinking mentorship. Bring your creativity to the table to brainstorm a new approach to correcting school challenges right here in Tulsa.

City Year is an education-focused, nonprofit organization that partners with public schools to help keep students in school and on track to graduate. Teams of young AmeriCorps members commit to a year of full-time service in schools. Corps members support students by focusing on attendance, behavior, and course performance through in-class tutoring, mentoring, and after school programs. Click here to learn more.
