Creative Mixed Use Spaces in Knoxville Symposium
Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 5:50 PM to 8:00 PM (EST)
Unique and creative mixed-use spaces are emerging in metropolitan areas that integrate amenities such as: coworking office spaces, affordable green living lofts, educational resources, nonprofit & startup accelerators, city welcoming centers, community hubs, collaborative venues, social spots, and a lot more in innovative ways that help unleash creativity and entrepreneurship in their surrounding community. These spaces by design can save tenants time, reduce costs, create work opportunities, and help them feel more connected to their community – while also increasing surrounding property values and deliver a strong ROI for real estate investors.
We hope you can join us to network with other entrepreneurs, small business owners, self-employed professionals, real estate developers, public officials, community leaders, creatives (e.g., artists, writers, musicians, etc.), nonprofits, the Press, local foundations, and others.
Around eight 4-minute presentations will cover exciting initiatives either in development, best practices, or existing spaces that you should know about.
Contact Alex Lavidge at 865.318.8809 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Suggested donation is $5 per person.*
