Are you sick and tired of settling for "good enough" in your life? Do you wish you could make more lasting, quality connections with people - both for your professional and your personal life? What would it be like to establish more intimacy and emotional trust with your friends, your partner and family over this holiday season?

Come and learn how to be the change that you want to experience in your interactions with others. Use your presence and conversational techniques to make networking and social events easy and fun, as well as facilitating more interesting and authentic conversations with those already in your life.

Led by Megan Kaden, Lead Social Fluency Instructor, who holds  a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California Institute of  Integral Studies in San Francisco and dual bachelor’s degrees in  clinical psychology and studio art from Smith College. The scope  of her training encompasses both Eastern and Western  philosophy. Megan has travelled extensively around the world  and is also a certified CrossFit coach. By combining her dual  passion for physical fitness paired with emotional and  psychological wellness, Megan helps her students achieve  holistic health. She serves as the head women’s instructor for  Social Fluency’s @Play program and has more than 10 years of  experience as a relationship coach. She also is GRI certified and  teaches in our @ Work program, helping professionals  understand themselves and others better for being able to relate  and influence in ones career. She approaches life with humor,  open-minded curiosity and a passion for helping others form fun,  deep and meaningful connections in all facets of their lives.

Co-taught by Will, a Men's Play and Work instructor as well as the co- developer  of the Family Fluency program. Will is  a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the supervisor of Edgewood Center's Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation program. He has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). He underwent residential training in Zen Buddhism at Tassajara Zen Mountain Monastery  and studied Kokikai Aikido for three years.

However, it was not until he got involved with Social Fluency that he was able to have a good time at a party. He credits Social Fluency with giving him practical, versatile, and life-transforming ways of thinking and behaving that now allow him to take advantage of the vast array of social and professional opportunities that are available to us daily. Will is passionate about passing on these practices to children and adults who want to reclaim a life of dignity, meaning, and good cheer with others.
