Creating Innovation-Ready Questions for Everyday Problem Solving
Speaker: Corinne Miller, LFGSM Faculty Member
Remaining relevant and competitive is impossible today without employing innovative thinking and innovation techniques throughout an organization. In fact, millions of dollars are wasted and business results suffer when teams set out to answer dead-end or limiting questions. Whether you are challenged with everyday problem solving or growing a new business, it all starts with asking the right “innovation-ready” questions. This session will introduce a three steps approach for creating “innovation-ready” questions and instruct attendees on how to build a bank of questions to inspire quicker and better ideas for any problem, challenge, or topic. Participants will receive an electronic job-aid for use in applying the techniques immediately.
