Dr. Adrian B. Mims, Sr., is guest speaker for the CMNST Dean's Distinguished Lecturer Series on Nov. 19 @ 6 p.m. in Lecture Hall 139, Luna I. Mishoe Science Center on the main campus of Delaware State University. This general public talk will focus on "The African American and Latino Scholars' Calculus Project: Creating a Culture of High Academic Achievement in Mathematics." Dr. Mims is founder and National Director of The Calculus Project (MA).
(An 11 a.m. technical lecture will take place in Lecture Hall 139 of the Luna I. Mishoe Science Center. The topic will be "The African American and Latino Scholars' Calculus Project: Creating a STEM Pipeline from Middle School to College.")
