Connect yourself with other local artists, entrepreneurs, small businesses, freelancers, local service providers, and creative & talented individuals who might be of service in helping you realize your next big idea.
Throughout the night, a small group of local artists and business owners will get up and share their current projects and ways you can get involved. Our format is inspired by the popular PechaKucha networking nights. We are not your traditional networking event!
Doors open at 6pm.
Speakers & Networking kick off at 6:15/6:30pm.
In between speakers, we will take 10-15 minute intervals to network & socialize!
The event will wrap up between 9-9:30pm.
We are looking for 15 speakers (We have 10 confirmed)!
Would you like to speak? You'll have ten slides and five minutes (there IS a gong, so be warned) to share your art, your business, or just a cool idea for the community that you think is worth putting out into the world.
This event was designed to help connect you to new resources to help your ideas grow.
We will be offering free light refreshments, and home-made budget delights by Scent of Grace, founder T'wanna Walker:

FYI Parking & Transit:
There is free street parking, and a free parking lot in front of the building.
You can reach 1821 W. Hubbard by the Damen Bus, Ashland Bus, Grand Bus, the Pink or Green line to Ashland stop and walk north about 5 blocks, or the Blue line to the Grand stop and then walk/Grand Bus West to Wood St.
We are between Ashland & Damen on Hubbard, one block west of Wood St, one block south of Grand Ave.

The IAEOU, founded by the Institute For Arts Entrepreneurship, is a professional development loft focused on supporting creative individuals engaged in entrepreneurial pursuits.
Our members, and the local community, come together in the spirit of collaboration, sharing ideas, and providing a new space for individuals to grow themselves and their businesses.
We believe creativity, in all its various shapes, sizes, nationalities, genders, tax statuses, individuals, groups, products, services, consultations, etc are the key activities to changing not only our local Chicago communities, but changing our national and global society as well.
