The Created Equal: America's Civil Rights Struggle film series continues with this documentary about the brave band of activists who challenged segregation in the South. Post-screening talkback led by Brian J. Purnell, author of Fighting Jim Crow in the County of Kings, and Assistant Professor of Africana Studies and History at Bowdoin College.
