1. Specific - What do I want to accomplish? Why? (Specific purpose or benefit) Who? (Who is involved?)
2. Measurable - How much? How many? How will I know when it is accomplished?
3. Attainable - How can the goal be accomplished?
4. Relevant – Is this worthwhile? Is this the right time? Does this match my needs? Am I the right person?
5. Time-Specific - When? 6 months from now? 6 weeks from now? What can I do today?

1. Keep a special folder. It’s a great idea to keep a special folder of favorite images that you have come across. When it’s time to create a vision board, this special folder will come in handy. Source
