“The Crazy House” project is an organization that brings music and art together. It shows the real connection between the two entities, and proves that each one of us human beings is unique in our own way. Our organization lets people experience the fact that the best art is created while a person is in a state where he or she feels no limitations, no boundaries, and complete satisfaction during their moment of creativity. “The Crazy House” proves that this feeling can be achieved without the use drugs, and that there is a much more effective and powerful drug that doesn’t use any chemicals at all; it is the energy of the crowd.
When a crowd achieves the state where they feel as though they are one, fantastic things begin to happen. Wouldn’t you remember that night forever if besides the photos and videos, you also had a painting that you and your friends created together in unison during a moment of fun and elation? Alongside the painting, you will have the memory of the song(s) you were listening to during the creation of the painting. Come and experience this elated feeling from the combination of the two most important things in our world put together into one storm of emotions.
Our mission is to change the world, and make our people enjoy every day and satisfy all their needs with what they have, without the addition of drugs; a world where everyone could have their own role and enjoy it. We welcome people that aren't scared to evolve, people that are open minded, and people who want to live in a world with freedom, a world without war and a world where human beings can connect with nature. We bring the crazy out from your soul, as we know that every human has a portion of their own kind of crazy.
Walking the path with the Crazies brings you to the next level of understanding of human creation; your creation does not require a specific meaning, but simply an expression of what is found within the self of each person who attends The Crazy House. Life is as hard as we make it to be, so let’s all live openly and freely, together enjoying the colors and sounds that nature has brought to us, committing to ourselves and each other, and only staying true to ourselves as free people.
1. Boris Ponomarev
The young artist progressed from painting on walls at his home to entering numerous municipal art competitions based on the theme of space and aviation, inspired by Kaluga’s most venerated resident, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. As time went on, self-taught Ponomarev sharpened his skills proving to be a versatile artist who could with equal technical proficiency and panache reproduce works of a Great Master and similarly create graffiti masterpieces, the latter leading to the artist winning first place in regional competitions.
Ponomarev's first commissioning was an advertising campaign for a leading mobile operator in Russia. Encouraged and growing confident with an inherent determination to support his young family, Ponomarev sought to experiment with different mediums to further enrich his work
THE CRAZY HOUSE FLOOR ( 3 Djs) :
1. Fight Clvb
FIGHT CLVB is an dance music group comprised of SAV, Carly M Burns, and Mystereo. SAV formerly known from the moombahton outfit, Sazon Booya, takes the helm of the project as producer, DJ, visual content creator, as well as project manager. He is also the director of The Electro Wars documentary and producer for A$AP Rocky’s “Purple Swag” music video and Skrillex’s “Rock N’ Roll (Will Take You to the Mountain).”
Carly M Burns is a classically trained musician who produces with SAV and writes for the project. She also performs live with the group. Her skill set includes playing live violin and piano – elements that will be included into FIGHT CLVB’s live shows soon.
Mystereo – the masked hype man known formerly for his crazy antics as the hype man for Sazon Booya – will take the stage once again with FIGHT CLVB. The masked hype man and group adviser never reveals his identity to anyone.
2. JST JR
If you’re a regular in this part of the galaxy, then the name JSTJR should be no mystery. The New England-based producer/DJ had a relatively massive 2013 as he went from being a complete unknown to getting support from Mad Decent and Major Lazer to now sitting pretty for a heck of a 2014. What’s more is how the tropical bass community as a whole has really come to support JSTJR. No one has a bad thing to say about the guy. He’s a posiperson sending out posivibes and good grooves.
3. VJ T3
VJT3 is a well-rounded and talented artist ready to make his debut into the EDM world.
VJT3 was originally introduced to the underground rave scene while living overseas in the UK. In his early teens he began playing electric guitar and then midi software to compose original music. After attending HACC’s Music theory and Audio Engineering program he was able to find immediate employment in a number of Manhattan’s top recording suites. Picking up a pair of 1200’s and studying battle DVDs he began to compete as a turntablist in a number of competitions including the DMC. With his chops well up to par he joined a Blues band (Butter Scotch) as their scratch DJ cutting in hip hop phrases to make the music urban and official When not on the decks T3 pursued other avenues of entertainment such as acting modeling landing rolls as a B-boy break dancer, skateboarder and musical talent. After the creation of video compatibility to popular DJ software he switched to spinning music videos on his turntables. By mastering this newly available technology he began booking residencies and working professionally as a DJ/VJ. T3 has not stopped amazing his audiences on the 1&2s by seamlessly blending tracks while simultaneously mixing video.
THE FLOW LOUNGE FLOOR Djs:
Skytree, aka Evan Snyder, started recording music at the age of 15, after the loan of a beaten Tascam tape
recorder cracked open the world of multi-track production. Rough mix tapes followed, looping degraded swatches of guitar, field recordings and keys over cheap drum machines. After 3 years of tape manipulation, several friends finally convinced Evan to step into computer-based production, while maintaining a deep connection to external, analog sound. The Skytree name initially found its way onto mixes via subconscious accident, suggesting a sound both ancient and visionary, rooted in the Earth and branching into the cosmos.Reaching further outwards after four albums and two EPs, “Crystal Consciousness” debuted on November 11th, 2011. Its bass-driven melodies and dub-style rhythms led to pulling up roots in the woods of Wisconsin and embarking on a national tour for virtually all of 2012. The result was 144 live shows, including several high-profile festival appearances, and the release of the “Sacred Singularity” EP on October 11th, as well as “Treemixes V1” on December 12th via Gravitas Recordings, featuring remixes from 19 producers and artwork from 18 visionary artists. A new, highly collaborative album geared towards the live experience is currently in production for 2013.
Sam Eckstein aka Esseks is a Brooklyn based producer and artist that creates emotionally driven electronic music and art. He also plays guitar and produces for the band Technicolor Lenses. While Sam has been recording music for 8 years, he only began experimenting with electronic music 3 years ago after being exposed to the massive sounds and extreme level of control made possible by electronic mediums. This musical awakening prompted him to start Technicolor Lenses with Jackson Whalan in 2011. Since the release of his first solo effort "Hair and Nails" in April 2012, Esseks has shared the stage with range of artists including Ott and the All Seeing I, An-Ten-Nae, Dynasty Electric, D.V.S.*, Srikalogy, LowRIDERZ, Govinda and Mike Greenfield of Lotus. His music is influenced by a variety of styles from J Dilla inspired hip hop beats to bass fueled dubstep to house and even blues and swing. The diverse elements of his music are tied together with Esseks’ signature melodies, creating a sound all his own.
