San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Say Hello to the Cozy Home Loan. Home energy financing for low to moderate income families at 5.99%, up to 10 years, covers same upgrades as Smart-E!
The Cozy Home Loan opens the door to a new market of underserved families in Fairfield County, Litchfield County, and New Haven County. If you frequently work in any of these counties, the Housing Development Fund invites you to learn about this new payment plan at our upcoming training sessions.
Over 40 energy measures can be financed including efficient heating and cooling options, fuel conversions, insulation, renewable energy systems and more! Say goodbye to mold, asbestos, and leaky roofs that roadblock energy assessments and upgrades – up to 20% of the loan can be used to fix these issues.
Register soon as we have limited spots available. If space runs out, the workshop will be streamed online via GoToMeeting as well. Representatives from HDF, CEFIA and AFC First will be present to answer questions.
