Participants will learn basic elements required to develop a cost proposal including the basis of cost, types of cost proposals, cost definitions, how to establish direct labor rates and indirect rates and how to apply these cost to the cost proposal. Also rules for developing a cost proposal will be covered including other direct cost (ODCs). Participants will receive hands on instruction on how develop a cost proposal.

Ms. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Proposal Development, and Business Management. Human Resource experience encompasses training and development, career development; policy development, and employee relations; corporate, exempt/non-exempt recruitment and employment law, job development, technical recruitment, benefits, and general corporate administration, project administration and management, and office administration. Provides business services and business coaching. Ms. Wilson has recent working knowledge of the USERRA and Department of Labor and DOJ guidelines
