Event Details

What is nanotechnology and how will the science of the incredibly small affect what we eat in the future? 

Join us for a hands-on program about intersection of nanotechnology and food with Dr. Farnaz Maleky from the Ohio State University Department of Food Science and Technology. Dr. Maleky will discuss her exciting research in the area of food engineering and how it will improve health in the future, followed by some tasty hands-on demonstrations, including a chocolate tasting!

Program supported from the NISENetwork, using funding from the National Science Foundation. 

$5 for COSI Members; $8 for nonmembers.
 Space is limited. Price does not include the cost of parking in lots adjacent to COSI ($4 for COSI Members; $5 for nonmembers). 

Advance ticket purchase is required. Walk-up tickets will not be available.
