TIPSY TAPITAS = 16 course tasting menu created by Chef Sandra Cordero to highlight her sensibility in creating the perfect little bite with a touch of Spain.
The beautiful decor and lounge feel of Bar Chloe inspired her to create a tasting menu which doesn’t need a knife to eat, but rather embraces an easy tapas style while still maintaining a refined technique.
The $65 menu includes such tapitas as:
Olive Tostada with Pisto and Quail Egg
Croquetas de Jamon
Roasted Cauliflower and Saffron Soup
Rainbow Chard leaves stuffed with Morcilla Sausage and Apple
The Cordero: a mini Lamb Burger on a Pretzel Bun with Saffron Aioli.
Chocolate Ganache Cake with Tipsy Fig,
Homemade Turron and Night Owl Espresso Ice Cream to finish off the menu.
Chef Cordero’s Tapitas menu will be paired with featured cocktails, developed by Bar Chloe’s mixologist Kim Stodel.
Wine, beer and the Cocktails will be available at additional charge.

Please send us a note if you don't eat meat and Chef sandra will sub meats for veggies or fish just for you !
Smaller parties will be able to sit at the bar. If you have a preference for bar or table seating please send us a note and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
What are my parking options getting to the event?
We are located in Santa Monica near the intersection of 2nd & Broadway, just steps from the beach and Third Street Promenade. Parking is available in the Santa Monica
City parking structure just to the North and to the South of Bar Chloe.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, but feel free to pass your dinner on to a friend.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Chef Sandra brings a ton of flavor and a focussed passion to what she does. She is the chef owner of Cordero Negro, a boutique catering company dedicated to bringing locally harvested, mainly organic, seasonally driven, Spanish influenced cuisine to the tongues and tummies of those looking to elevate their sense of good food. Olé!
Bar Chloe is Santa Monica's best kept secret. An upscale hideaway in beach-casual Santa Monica that manages to be at once elegant yet unaffected. Bar Chloe specializes in craft cocktails.
Kim Stodel is a nice South African guy who knows how to make a mean drink, and a drink means something. He is the head bartender at Bar Chloe.
