Led by Stacey Kim, LCSW and Aubrette Kinne, MA, Doctoral Candidate, Sport Psychology
Saturday April 12, 2-5pm in the Neal Marshall Grand Hall

This workshop is intended to help address some of the major mental hurdles of the performing musician's life. We'll explore current understanding of the attributes of elite athletes and how they are relevant to the performing musician. Topics will include developing resilience, building internal confidence, managing feedback and developing an internal encouraging voice.
