Designing Culture Workshop

Healthy culture means maximized results of your team’s talents, inspired products, and happy customers. Take charge by designing a culture that aligns with your organization’s definition of success.

In this one-day workshop, we’ll coach you through a cultural assessment, using visioning and goal-setting exercises that provide new ways of working as a team. Learn about crafting values and practices that align with your company’s vision, and leave with a dent in your plan for an active and inspired office culture that you can employ immediately.

Cancellation Policy
We know things happen. If you need to cancel your registration, notify us by emailing cooperu@cooper.com at least 30 days prior to the course and we will refund your full payment. Less than 30 days prior to the course, there are no refunds available. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration once to another course within one year of the date of cancellation or assign another individual from your organization to take your place. Once your registration is transferred, you may no longer receive a refund.
