Learn how to conduct insightful interviews, extract and synthesize research into personas and create scenarios in this four-day, hands-on, foundational workshop with coaching and guidance of senior staff. First, we'll show you how to use Goal-Directed Design to create stable design targets, then you and a small group of professionals from around the world will put it into practice to design an example product.
