Whether you’re looking to eat a healthier diet or just looking for some interesting new tastes, adding grains to your menu fills the bill. From amaranth to barley to quinoa and more, grains add texture, taste and nutrition to any dish. We’ll learn about the health benefits of each grain, how to cook them and then what to make with them, from hearty salads to savory side dishes.
