Olive oil is used throughout the world and praised for its health benefits. We'll feature an entire class around using this product in all of our dishes.
Bagna Cauda - A simple appetizer of Anchovies and fresh olive oil becomes the focus of crudite and bread.
Olive Oil Potatoes - Olive oil turns these potatoes into crisp decadent nuggets and we'll finish it with a touch of smoked paprika.
Lentils with Olive Oil - A great side dish for any meal.
Olive Oil Poached Salmon - Fresh salmon is bathed in warm olive oil and imparts its nutty perfume in this classic dish.
Almond Ricotta Cakes - Instead of butter, we'll use olive oil in baking this rich dessert.
