Chef had such a great time teaching cooking class last year, that we have decided to offer a new series of cooking class/demos. This series will focus on fresh fish.

- How to pair and prepare sides to accompany your fish dinner
- What items to stock in your pantry to prepare fish at a moments notice

Due to the limited availability of seats for this class, a registration deposit of $25 (the remaining class fee will be collected at the beginning of class) must be prepaid and there will be no cancellations accepted or refunds issued. Class registration may be transferred by the ticket holder.
