Hands-on Cooking with Chef Lauren Hoover-West
Learn to cook traditional dishes from around the world without the jet lag. This course will take you to the next level of cooking and eating while broadening your culinary repertoire.
Each class will highlight unique ethnic cuisine from all over the world, and the recipes of course will be free of gluten, dairy and white sugar. You will learn how to incorporate traditional spices, herbs and ingredients from other cultures into many delicious dishes as we explore a myriad of cooking techniques. At the end of each class we will enjoy the food we have prepared together, along with a select wine or beer pairing for each meal.
