Then a typical one-dish dinner with Stir Fried Shrimp & Seasonal Vegetables paired with Vermentino.

Last, a tender Tilapia in Spicy Brown Bean Sauce on top of zucchini, yellow squash and red bell pepper to show versatility of a cast iron wok and the many ways you can use a wok, paired with Chianti Classico.
