Join us as we learn to Cook for Life
With the backdrop of OMSI’S new café, Theory, Portland Monthly, and OMSI will host a series of cooking classes focused on timely, relevant cooking topics. The series, presented by Regence, will feature local chefs covering topics such as raw foods, paleo diets, and better circulation, under the direction of National College of Natural Medicine.
The first class, Spice Things Up for Better Circulation, takes place on August 27 and will feature Regence’s Chef Tse , who will walk attendees through a menu that focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients proven to stimulate circulation.
