Join us for a special evening in the cellar at Thirsty Bear. We will meet upstairs at the bar at 6:00 with dinner starting at 6:30 down between the tanks. Dinner will include a 5 course menu with Beer pairing. Our hosts will be joining us to insure we learn all about their CCOF Certified Organic Brew process and this special off menu dinner.
ThirstyBear presents a contemporary and seasonal approach to traditional Spanish tapas. The menu changes frequently because they utilize local and organic products as much as possible and try to minimize our carbon footprint by working with local farms and purveyors. By working with products that are in season, we are able to use ingredients at the peak of their flavor. At ThirstyBear, they like to make food that tastes good, looks beautiful and is prepared responsibly.
In additional to the listed menu, Thirsty Bear will offer special "barrel tastings of currently aging barrel aged beers" and "select special bottles from the ThirstyBear Beer Library of some of our most unique specialty beers

Ticket price includes all tax and gratuity, as well as a $5 donation to slow Food San Francisco. You must be 21+ to attend this event as all tickets include a beer pairing.
