Rotary Charities and the NorthSky Nonprofit Network will be hosting Paul Born from the Tamarack Institute on Wednesday April 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will build on our recent collective impact training, explore the collaboration continuum and move our networks forward to achieve even better outcomes.
Paul Born is the President and cofounder of the Tamarack Institute, which since 2001 has provided leadership in Canada on issues of citizen engagement, collaborative leadership and community innovation. Prior to Tamarack, Paul was the Executive Director and co-founder of the Community Opportunities Development Association one of Canada’s leading community economic development organizations that was recognized by the United Nations as one of the top 40 projects in the world. An author of four books, Paul is a motivational speaker who loves the power of stories.

NorthSky Nonprofit Network
NorthSky is a nonprofit program of Rotary Charities of Traverse City that assists northern Michigan nonprofit organizations strengthen their capabilities through capacity building and sustainability support. It provides a wide range of services and resources to help nonprofit organizations deliver programs effectively and efficiently. NorthSky also serves as a conduit for new resources securing state and national support and partnerships to bring technical and financial resources home to nonprofits and social enterprises in this region. As part of Rotary Charities’ mission, NorthSky also serves in leadership roles, participating and facilitating regional initiatives.
