Event Details

During the startup phase, many entrepreneurs will find themselves at the negotiation table with organizations that are much bigger and more powerful than they are. Tricia Meyer, founder & managing attorney of Meyer Law, will explain how to efficiently negotiate your contracts to mitigate the risk to your business.

She will discuss the following types of contracts:

  • customer contracts
  • vendor contracts
  • reseller/agency agreements

After the roundtable discussion, you are invited to stay for Face to Face (FTF), the Incubator's weekly networking event.
