This will serve as an overview for insurance professionals on the property restoration claims process. Attendees will be guided through both residential and commercial insurance restoration claims. Topics of conversation will include emergency response, selection of a qualified firm, documentation, contents restoration, and structural points of interest. An interactive activity will allow participants to engage in Dealing with Claims. The course incorporates scenarios and projects from Wisconsin.
