At the conclusion of this session, you will have a better understanding of the new innovations and technology that are occurring within the auto glass industry. The course will help you communicate more accurately with policyholders and claimants regarding auto physical damage claims.

Fire! And the Insurance Industry • 64467 • 3 CE Credits • 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
This will serve as an overview for insurance professionals on the property restoration claims process. Attendees will be guided through both residential and commercial insurance restoration claims. Topics of conversation will include emergency response, selection of a qualified firm, documentation, contents restoration, and structural points of interest. An interactive activity will allow participants to engage in Dealing with Claims. The course incorporates scenarios and projects from Wisconsin. Attendees are invited to bring questions and introduce their personal claims experiences as relevant to the course. Instructed: Allan Degner, FSRT, Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling.

 

There is a flat $15 per person charge for a full day or $10 charge for a half day; lunch is included. Cash
or checks made payable to Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling will be collected during registration.
