  • The purpose of this event is to provide information about potential future construction employment, community based pre-construction training programs, and support services to Harlem residents and neighboring zip codes.  Skilled construction professionals, and affiliated workers and those individuals  interested in construction job opportunities should look to attend this community event.  There are a limited number of seats for this event as trainers and educators will be providing information workshops.
  •  Pre-registration is required
  • Bring your resume(s) as one-on-one interviews will be available.  Make this community event a positive step toward your future and your employment prospects.  Prepared candidates are offered employment when available. Prepare yourself for the future....today!
  • Must print out ticket and bring it with you to this event

Representatives from DASNY (Dormitory Authority of the State of New York) Opportunities Programs, NY State Department of Labor - Division of Employment & Workforce, (CEO) Center for Employment Opportunities / Harlem Justice Corps, Harlem (CDC) Community Development Corporation Solar Energy Project, Local 79 Union Laborers, (ADC) Abyssinian Development Corporation YouthBuild, STRIVE, ( NEW) Non-traditional Employment for Women have indicated they will be present to discuss what programs are available to jump start future employment.
