Understanding the customers we serve is important in our quest to improve soil health and get more conservation on the ground. Technology is changing fast, but unfortunately not in widespread use—in some cases, farmers are out ahead of the conservation planners. Are there ways to close the gap? Economics are playing a big role in the adoption of good conservation management practices.
Join a discussion designed for professional conservatonists, academia, farmers, educators, and others interested in advancing conservation here in Indiana. Joining us for the day will be: Linda Propeky-Purdue University, Rob Chapman- Purdue University Extension Wildlife Specialist, Lauren Cartwright- Missouri NRCS, Curtis Wiltse -Beck Seed, and Tom Buman-Agren Inc.
Join us after for the chapter business meeting.
